Its Time To Give Out More Of The 'You Cheer Me Award'

When I started the You Cheer me Up Award I decided to keep it going for the new bloggers I meet who cheer me up. Well, I've been keeping up with the blogs out there who cheer me up, along with trying to add some of the blogs I thought I had on the list, however for some reason or another they didn't get an award. I hope I haven't missed anyone again, because you know I can be a bit of a flippedity jibbit at times.

Anyway, I'm keeping the recipients fairly small but will continue to add to the original award post every month. Therefore if you've already received an award and are not on the award post page, please shout it out, and I will have my assistants on it you right away. I'm working on a new award page and want to keep up with the award recipients. The You Cheer Me Up Award will be A Nice Place In The Sun's only award so I want to have all the award recipients included on the original award post page.

Congratulations to the bloggers who received an award today and thanks for spreading more cheer in a world that needs more laughter. The award post gives a better explanation of how to pass on the award, which by the way is optional. HERE is the link to the award post. I'm passing the award to your blog, the post is there for you to read, with the instructions for passing it along, however is it totally up to you. Hence, congratulations again and thanks for cheering me and everyone else up!

And this months You Cheer Me Up Award goes to:

I can't believe that Mimi at Mimi Writes, the queen of meme's, wasn't included in my first list of recipients. I'm sorry Mimi, Mimi Writes is one of my favorite blogs, therefore I assumed my assistants had it posted...(some people will get a pink slip of paper morning, if you know what I mean.)

Anyway, Mimi Writes simply must have a You Cheer Me Up Award, other wise it would be like white without rice or something like that- you know what I mean, don't ya?

Meleah at Momma Mia, Mea Culpa
Colin at Life
Fallen Angel at Secret Monologues

Lauren at Can You Be A Part Of My life

Lis at About Every Little Thing

Soapbox Mom at Soapbox Mom
Olga at Olga, The Traveling Bra

Ella at A Quest For Happiness

Drowsey Monkey at Drowsey Monkey

My new friend at Retarded Sushi

Mo at It's A Blog Eat Blog World

Claire at A Little Piece Of Me

Congratulations nominees and remember if you didn't receive an award this month, it doesn't mean that you won't be next month, except if you're an old friend that my assistants also forgot to post. However, if you are a new friend that I have blessed with the Your Cheer Me Up Award, just click HERE so you can read the original award post-

Participating is optional, but remember if you wish to post Lucy and Ethel the code is on the top of my sidebars first page and on the award post-

I don't know why I'm writing all of this- the same information is above this post and in the award post- I think it comes from all of my mothers letter writing. When we were children she left letters all over the house reminding us of our chores- this behavior continued until we were old enough to remember what she wanted us to do- it's hard when the house keeper has the day off, but that's another post-

Thanks for cheering me up!

Thanks for the award, Ann! Can't say I've been doing much cheering considering my grumpiness lately. Heh.

Wow! Thanks so much, Ann!!

This award couldn't come at a better time. I've been having the worst day (or two or three) that I've had in a long time. Grumpy, grumpy, grumpy.

So, a heartfelt and grateful thank you!

Today (as is true most days), you cheer me up!

Lost inside a state of mental and physical exhaustion, I prayed to meet an angel on earth, then, I felt the pillow of a horses mouth gently sweep grass from the palm of my hand. – Ann Clemmons

Words-

Words are the core of our souls, without written, vocal or lyrical expression we lose sight of one another or worse, ourselves. Words bring forth the essence of the human spirit; so express yourself without abandon.
