Unforeseen Circumstances
I didn't see it coming- I mean how could anyone guess they would be wrestled to the ground by a calf, first thing in the morning...then taken hostage...
Now, due to these unforeseen circumstances I have to postpone Tuesday's Question until this afternoon. However, I will definitely post it. In the meantime, click on any of the red links below...where I have my classic posts stored, the ones the calf doesn't steal, anyway-
See you in a few~
Authors note: Tuesday's Question is below this post, since I was writing it when I was kidnapped...I couldn't publish it until I was free... I want to be sure you see it~ :))
Also there is more (of the truth) information about the reason for the delay in posting Tuesday's Question...

Angels On Earth
Lost inside a state of mental and physical exhaustion, I prayed to meet an angel on earth, then, I felt the pillow of a horses mouth gently sweep grass from the palm of my hand.

Motherhood- Courage
Motherhood is an art impossible to explain, one which requires a vast sea of love, devotion, compassion, and understanding, unmatched by any affection we will ever know again.- Ann Clemmons

Words-
Words are the core of our souls, without written, vocal or lyrical expression we lose sight of one another or worse, ourselves. Words bring forth the essence of the human spirit; so express yourself without abandon.

I remember I used to half believe and wholly play with fairies when I was a child. What heaven can be more real than to retain the spirit-world of childhood, tempered and balanced by knowledge and common-sense...

The Storyteller, by Dawn Drover
Alone in her world
of make believe
weaving her stories
of magic and light
She brings joy
to the eyes
of innocent minds
less jaded and free
For only they know
what's in her heart
holding the secrets
she guards so well
Life's hidden mysteries
belong to those
whose wisdom and truth
shine on in imagination

In my younger and more vulnerable years my father gave me some advice that I’ve been turning over in my mind ever since.
Whenever you feel like criticizing any one,” he told me, “just remember that all the people in this world haven’t had the advantages that you’ve had.”'
F. Scott Fitzgerald. (Lines from The Great Gatsby)
"A Southerner Talks Music"
Mark Twain
"A book must be the ax for the frozen sea inside us."
Franz Kafka
An author values a compliment even when it comes from a source of doubtful competency.
- Mark Twain in Eruption
"I like a good story well told. That is the reason I am sometimes forced to tell them myself"

Wrestled to the ground by a calf? I would love to hear more about this. I'll see you this afternoon pal. Hope all is well. Big hug. :)
I wake up every morning knowing what awaits me. But now I'm thinking that I have gotten a little too comfortable. No matter how well you know your community or yourself, there will be unforeseen circumstances that just might ruin your or make your day. Whatever happens, it's best to remain calm and address the situation with a clear mind. Even if you've been wrestled by a cow and taken hostage!
Have any ransom demands been made? Should we organize a collection?
What a pleasant place to visit. I look forward to seeing more of your blog!
Thank you Sandee, I'm gratefully alive, or it it, alive gratefully?
Anyway, thanks and hugs back~
Jay, (LOL) My sides hurt from laughing after I read this comment, which I thank you for, by the way...I'm sorry it took me so long to respond...what with the calf and all...
Sue, Thank you for your offer, but I finally offered the calf some milk and he let me go...I don't know why he didn't just ask me to begin with...silly animal-
(smile)
Thanks for visiting, and as I told Jay, sorry for the slow response.
Thank you Jennifer~ I fell in love with your blog and I'm so happy to see that you visited mine. I appreciate it~ :))
