This week's question is:
When you were a small child, what skill did you have trouble
learning the most?
I'll answer first,
In the first grade, I dreaded going to recess, because I couldn't jump rope. I would find a hiding place because my classmates would ask me to join them. I can also rremember praying that I would learn to swim and ride a bike.
Now it's your turn,

That's a long way back. The first thing that popped into my mind was tying my shoes. I had a very difficult time trying to get my mind and my fingers on the same page. I finally figured it out.

Oh, you're good, I forgot about that one. I don't know why it's so hard to learn, or for me anyway, and it took me forever to learn how to tell time.
I think they gave me the wrong baby when my son was born because he quickly learned all of these skills, well...I think he did have trouble tying his shoes. Probably because he was born in the eighties when Velcro came out, along with Nintendo, which I took away from him. I felt terrible about it, but now, he is grateful because he never would have learned to play the guitar.
Although, since I play guitar he hated me and all musical instruments until he grew into a teenager, now, Sandee, I cannot believe how well he is doing.
I'm still writing "our" manuscript about Edna. In addition to completing a children's book
I wrote "our" because you would not believe how many people it takes to write a novel, and you were the inspiration.
