Words...

I think I made a mistake for writing, "Leave Of Absence," especially to those of you who have been so loyal to ANPITS. Yes, I have my troubles like everyone else, and so what if I cannot write posts as often, I can still write words.

I just didn't want any of you to think I abandoned writing on my blog, as so many people are doing these days. I will continue to do the best I can and I appreciate your understanding, loyalty, and friendship.

Lately, I realize how important words are; words are the core of our souls, without lyrical expression we lose sight of one another or worse, ourselves. Words bring forth the essence of the human spirit; it is our fundamental nature to express ourselves without abandon.
And now, we have the best opportunity we’ve ever had to use them, so let’s use them wisely.

This passage was written by me, so I suppose I will eat a few words for breakfast this morning, with the exception of "expressing ourselves without abandon." :)))

Thanks for visiting A Nice Place In The Sun. Have a great day!

If you really feel that you must eat your words shake a little spice on them and don't think another thing of it. It's totally understandable that you might not post as often as you have in the past or that you would like to. I frequently have days where I just don't have it in me to write a post. We've all been there. Just know that those who read your blog are always happy to see you when you do post.

You are a great wordsmith and I know what you mean about posting. Sometimes, life gets in the way. Write when you can, or do like me and post pictures.

I love your words. I'm glad you're not going to disappear again. I really am.

I find that many are going to Facebook and their blogs are gone. Some post on their blogs but never visit anyone anymore. Things are changing.

I linked you to Awww Mondays because of that adorable puppy.

Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs to you and lots of scritches to Simon. ♥♥♥

Thank you for you kind comment it travels many ways and means much to me.

Thank you, Pam for calling me a great wordsmith. I've always loved that word and even when you've been paid to write you still wonder if you can.

And you're right, the writing profession is full of challenges, but "life getting in the way" is one of the biggest.

Thanks for posting and your support. I will accept your advice, which is much appreciated.

Have a spectacular day!

xoxo

Sandee,

You made my day telling me you love my words, you truly did. Like I told Pam, you never really know if you write well, so it means so much to me to be told that by a friend whose opinion I respect.

And, the more popular Facebook gets, the more changes I see in blogging, it's sad. I'm afraid Facebook is the Walmart of the internet. Soon, most people's blogs will be on a Facebook page, but not this one.

Which is fine, I suppose, a little competition is one thing, but pure greed is another.

One of the things I love about blogging is the individual freedom writers have to give their blog a personable flair, almost like a Newspaper columnist, but better.

I'm glad you mentioned this, (although I use Facebook too) because it has been bothering me for some time.

Plus, blogs give you the opportunity to build lasting friendships by way of expressing yourself through your own blog posts and design.

But, you never know, times do change. I'm grateful I began blogging when I did because I would have missed the opportunity to get to know some great people, like you.

Thank you so much for linking me to Awww Mondays. That was super kind of you. Particularly, since I keep forgetting about Awww Mondays. I don't know why 'cause I really like it.

This little puppy is irresistible, isn't he/she? Although, I have a feeling he/she had her paw in the cookie jar; that's why God made them so adorable.

Thanks again Sandee, and "Big hugs" to you and Simon says he's grateful for the scritches. :)

Thank you, Kathe. I love to write and I get so frustrated when I do not have the energy to get the words on paper. I'm sure you know what I mean, and I appreciate your advice, it's great, simple and true.

And thank you for visiting and leaving a comment.

Have a marvelous day!
