Awww...Monday's- I'm On My Way Mom!

I'm on my way Mom!

Awww..Monday's is a weekly post from Sandee at Comedy Plus.
Each week, Sandee invites her readers to post a picture that makes you say Awww...

I love Awww... Monday's because posting a kind, adorable, or happy image is the best way to begin a new week, and it's a ton of fun.

Thanks Sandee, for creating a great way to begin each week, and for inspiring your readers, to find endearing photographs or images to share.  I look forward to this post every Monday, because I begin the day with a happy attitude. For example, this baby polar bear made me smile:)))

Thank you for visiting A Nice Place In The Sun. And if you would like to participate in Awww Monday's just visit Sandee here.

Note:
To those of you who participated in last Monday's, or rather, Tuesday's post entitled, 'Truth or Fiction.'  Find out if you guessed the correct story below: ???

Just click read more:

There are two winners of last Monday's post 'Truth Or Fiction.' The true story was A Rebel Without A Cause, although I did add a bit of hyperbole' to suspend you into the story, but it is true. I will never forget it.

So, that means Sandee from Comedy Plus, and Cheri from Badon's Employment. guessed the true story. Congratulations to both of you, and thank you Jean from The Misadventures of Widowhood. for participating. In the story "Freedom's Just Another Word," I used true characters, but the story was fiction.

And Jean, I know it's hard to believe, but I really did have six close friends in Junior High School, and we called ourselves The Six Musketeers. I agree with you though, it is hard to believe that six girls could be that close, but we were, and still are to this day. I speak with them on Facebook from time to time; it's pretty remarkable.

I appreciate all of you for being such great sports!

I was going to change Monday's Stories to Thursday's due to Tuesday's Question, and the fact that I love Awww...Monday's. I don't know why it slipped my mind when I came up with the idea to publish a Monday's post.

And now, I have to admit that I bit off more than I can chew on the Monday's Stories idea. I hope all of you will forgive me. I do own a website also entitled A Nice Place In The Sun.com, (That's been under construction forever.) that I plan to post short stories (not brief stories) on in the near future.

It's just that right now, I have to concentrate on a few manuscripts first, which will hopefully be published, and I can give all of you copies.

Will a few copies of books make up for my lapse in judgement? I sincerely hope so...

I will continue to publish posts on the A Nice Place In The Sun.blogspot.com for, well, forever.

O.K. This " note" is too long, so I'm going to wish you a super fabulous day, and thanks to all of you again. It truly meant a lot to me that all of you took the time to read  the Truth Or Fiction' stories.

I'll continue to write stories, just not a 'Truth Or Fiction' posts.

Have super great day!

And again, thanks for visiting.

Thank you Sandee. I'm glad you guessed it too. I think it is so cool how you know me so well from my posts. I know you read a lot.

I'm sorry I had to stop Monday's Stories, but at least you'll hold one of my books(Children's Book.) some time before the end of the world.(Smile) Traditional publishing is tough and time consuming, especially if you're dealing with illustrations, so I just bit off more than I could chew.

I think I will add the code, thank you. I do need to meet some new bloggers, and get in touch with the ones I already know.

I will give scritches to Simon. It's so sweet of you to think of him, and to send him messages. It's people like you who've made me so happy to rejoin the blogging community.

I'm glad I met you Sandee. :))))

xoxo

Thank you Jean. You're right, polar bears are extremely photogenic; just like kittens and puppies.

It's weird, but not all animal babies are, but we do still love them, don't we?

Thank you again for visiting.

Hope you're having a great day. :))

Words are the core of our souls, without written, vocal or lyrical expression we lose sight of one another or worse, ourselves. Words bring forth the essence of the human spirit; so express yourself without abandon.

I remember I used to half believe and wholly play with fairies when I was a child. What heaven can be more real than to retain the spirit-world of childhood, tempered and balanced by knowledge and common-sense...

The Storyteller, by Dawn Drover

Alone in her world
of make believe
weaving her stories
of magic and light

She brings joy
to the eyes
of innocent minds
less jaded and free

For only they know
what's in her heart
holding the secrets
she guards so well

Life's hidden mysteries
belong to those
whose wisdom and truth
shine on in imagination
