Saturday's Favorite Movie Moment " Peggy Sue Got Married "

I love these lines...Peggy Sue's Father, "Peggy Sue, are you drunk?"

Peggy Sue, "...ahhhh...
Just a little, I had a tough day!"

Peggy Sue's mother, "She gave blood today."

Peggy's Father, "This is not giving blood, this is drunk!"

This Saturday's favorite movie moment is from the 1986 film classic Peggy Sue Got Married, starring Kathleen Turner and Nicolas Cage.

Oh Annie,
This is one of my all time favorite movies.

What a great pick!! I have been sick so I wish it were on right now.

I would snuggle in and watch it as I fall asleep.

Weirdly, I saw this movie when I was a teen - with my mother. I completely didn't get it. Being a woman who did get married she thought it was hilarious.

Still... I'm slightly confused. But now it's funny.

Words-

Words are the core of our souls, without written, vocal or lyrical expression we lose sight of one another or worse, ourselves. Words bring forth the essence of the human spirit; so express yourself without abandon.

I remember I used to half believe and wholly play with fairies when I was a child. What heaven can be more real than to retain the spirit-world of childhood, tempered and balanced by knowledge and common-sense...
