Tuesday's Question??? ??

Hello, welcome to “Tuesday’s Question,” on Thursday, sorry for the delay.

This week’s question is, “What do you think you were born for?”

.  I’m not sure how many bloggers remember my blog much less “Tuesday’s Question,” but today’s question is the most philosophical question, I’ve ever asked.  I started writing A Nice Place in The Sun in 2007. Before I answer today’s question, I’d like to share the first few paragraphs I wrote before posting my third question.

-Please forgive any typos today, because I lost my glasses, so I might as well be writing in the dark.  =

Anyway, I wrote the following paragraphs in 2007.   (This was before Facebook, where you can see pictures of people.

When getting to know people on the internet, we lack the help of a familiar smile and the expression on a friend's face.
On the other hand, the art of writing is the most personal form of self-expression and bloggers write every day so that we may be better friends for it. Writing requires putting yourself out in the open, and taking the risks involved, in much the same way we do with friendship.

I remember how impressed I was with my readers' comments, which were so expressive and thought-provoking that I couldn’t be moved. My little blogging community included the best blogs in the land of blogging. I am lucky to have met such a great group of people, and I hope I will again.   For those of you who remember Tuesday’s Question, I’d like to thank you again for the entertaining days in the sun, and for allowing me to get to know you better!

The following is a comment from one of my dearest blogging buddies, Sandee, from https://comedy-plus.com/ Here is her answer to one of my first questions, which was, “What are your favorite lines from a novel?”

Sandee’s reply:  James A. Michener

Mexico

I had been sent to Mexico to cover a murder, one of a remarkable kind. And since it had not yet happened, I had been ordered to get photographs, too.

Sandee’s comment told me a lot about her character, I could tell immediately how intelligent she is, how much she likes people and wanted to understand more about what makes people tick, or rather interested in human behavior, a true humanitarian,

Okay, moving on,

  1. Good morning my wonderful friend. I love today's question. I could probably write and write with this question, but I won't. Today is hubbies long awaited surgery and I'm preparing to take him to the hospital in a couple of hours.

What was I born for. It has very little to do about me and everything to do about what I can contribute. Care for my family, procreate, be a positive influence to society, give back to those in need. Be kind and caring. Love myself so I can love others. Be a shining light. With all the negative and entitled people all over the place, it's becoming a me, me, me society. That makes me sad.

Have a fabulous day and week, Ann. Love you. ♥

I messed up this question, but I'm glad the part about guessing your character was posted. I posted "OKay moving on, which never moves on...-smiling-
