My Bobbarama Award Choices

Hello bloggers and bloggettes and welcome to my never before annual A Nice Empty Nest Award Show! Only kidding, I mean about the award show, because you can't have an awards show if you don't have a show. I'm pretending this is show ...

But, I'm not pretending to select the blogs for the Bobbaramas awards! I just have one award, (because of friendship) and that's the one I share with my super fabulous friend Christy, the Totally Fabulous Award.

The Totally Fabulous Award is the creation of real woman of genius, whereas Bobbarama's awards are the creation of "Real Men of Genius"

Remember Sunday when I announced that Bobbarama gave me the Best Kept Secret Award? My cat Simon and I danced around the living room, (he loves it) I was so excited!

Well, it doesn't matter if you forgot, although I never will ... However, you must remember this announcement today! I 've finally chosen my ten choices for the two awards just in the empty nest tree nick of time!

This second part of my awards post says practically the same thing, with one big exception!

This is the post where I actually give the awards!

I had the first part of this pretend ceremony this morning when I surprised announced that I would pass along my choices today.

Bob at Bobbarama.com is the awards creator and the man behind one of the funniest humor blogs around, so I'm thrilled he loved reading my material! And not surprising I couldn't be happier with his choices, believe me!

Thank you Mr. Bobbarama, and I 'm feeling as groovy as a girl can feel about an award! This beauty will remain a treasured part of my sidebar forever and ever!

Now without further mushiness, let’s get down to business ... Here are my choices along with Bob's definitions for each award.

Ann,

Thank you, thank you, thank you! (Can I add another thank you in there?! You deserve about 10 zillion of them. ;-) ) You are truly very kind.

OMG, two awards from you! I'm overjoyed & ecstatic (& blushing from all the attention!).

You've made my day, week, month, & year! ;-)

How wonderful. Thank you so much. By "places" that I'm going, you're not thinking H-E-double toothpicks are you? Anyway, thanks, thanks, thanks. Just posted on it.

Ann - What an extremely kind thought. I'm still recovering from my virus so this has made me heaps better - although I don't feel nearly as worthy as your other choices.

I needn't wonder why you have so many of these awards, you're a genuinely good person as well as a great writer and communicator. x

Patois, Did I write that you were going places? I wonder what I meant to? Laughing. :)

You Should Be a Joke Writer
You're totally hilarious, and you can find the humor in any situation. Whether you're spouting off zingers, comebacks, or jokes about life... You usually can keep a crowd laughing, and you have plenty of material. You have the makings of a great comedian - or comedic writer.
